We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Lebanon.
2. Delivery Method and Delivery Time
We provide standard delivery with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the order weight. Typically, delivery costs are $4 for orders under 10 kg across Lebanon.
Additional charges may apply depending on weight, size, or special handling requirements.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for delivery on the same day or the next day after order confirmation.
5. Tracking Information
We provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a tracking number via email or phone for your convenience.
6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event that your delivery is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction.
7. Changing Delivery Address

8. Remote and Hard-to-Reach Areas
Additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas within Lebanon. If applicable, you will be informed of any extra fees before delivery.
